In this picture we have a freckle in the Epidermis or top layer of skin.
A scab will form where the freckle was. During the healing phase the damaged cells are replaced with new cells which migrate upward. Picking the scab off will lengthen the healing time.
Here the new cells have completely replaced the cells which contained the freckle. Healing time varies with different skin types. Usually 7-10 days.
Blemish Free is applied through the focus tube directly on the freckle. The product damages the cells in the top layer of skin down to the freckle. Hair follicles and sweat glands are not harmed.

The Focus Tube is used to concentrate the product directly onto the freckle. The Focus Tube also protects the surrounding tissue. This reduces the healing time.

Dermatologists use the heat from a laser or liquid nitrogen to damage the blemished cells. The bodies normal healing process casts off the blemished cells and replaces them with new skin cells. We do exactly the same thing with a specially formulated freeze spray that is easier and safer to use. The customer feels a brief pinching sensation. The Focus Tube is placed over the blemish and the product is placed in the Focus Tube such that the product covers only the blemish. The surrounding skin is protected. Average treatment time is 6 seconds.
