1. You may have to enter your credit card information more than one time before your
order will be accepted. Some customers cards go right through while others get rejected
for no reason. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Note, the return address on the kit does not accept kit returns. We must give you the return address.

3. Please tell Charlene your skin type. White, Olive, Asian, Black and what type of blemish you wish to remove.
4. When ordering be sure you select 'credit card' and not wire transfer. Look for the box above the text. If you have wire transfer selected by mistake you can cancel your order
from the e-mail Klik and Pay sends you. Also when they ask for confirmation, they mean confirming your order not confirming that you have received your order in the mail.
5. Many questions we receive are answered on the first page of our website Please read
all the pages before sending an e-mail.
6. If the product has not yet given you the results you expect please go to the instructions page on our web site (we sent you the link when you ordered) and scroll down to the
section titled. "I followed the instruction but the product didn't work" This section will assist you in determining what you're doing wrong.
7. Our product works for everyone. The only way our product will not work for you is if you have a rare skin type (2% of the population.) If you are not getting the desired results you must write to Charlene for assistance.
9. Our on line guarantee and instructions supersedes all printed material previously distributed.
10. Please don't ask if the product works. We have been in business four years and have
