page on our web site (we sent you the link when you ordered) and scroll down to the
section titled. "I followed the instruction but the product didn't work" This section will
assist you in determining what you're doing wrong.
6. Our product works for most everyone. The only way our product will not work for you
is if you have a rare skin type (2% of the population.) If you are not getting the desired
results you must write to Charlene for assistance.
